Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – The Expedition Begins
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your lodge in the “Safari Capital.” Activities: Meet your private naturalist guide for an in-depth briefing on the current movement of the herds and a gear check for the days ahead.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – The Elephant Empire
Head to Tarangire, a vital dry-season refuge for wildlife. Wildlife: Marvel at the massive herds of buffalo and elephants. Spot the fringe-eared oryx and the long-necked gerenuk. Activities: Full-day game drive with a picnic lunch under the shade of an ancient baobab tree.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park – The Rift Valley Jewel
